Who processes your data

What we collect
When you book a consult we collect your name, email, optional company name and your message. When you use the chat, your questions are sent to a language model provider so it can compose a reply.
Why we collect it
Form data is used solely to hold and prepare for the consultation — performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
Who we share it with
We use an external provider to send email and a language model provider for the chat. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and to meet legal obligations, then delete it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner.
Artificial intelligence
The chat on this site is an AI system. We tell you so at the start of every conversation, as the EU AI Act requires. Its answers can be inaccurate and are not binding.
Cookies
On a normal visit this site sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools. The only browser storage would occur if analytics were ever enabled — in that case a consent banner appears before anything loads, and your choice is stored locally in your browser. As long as there is no analytics, there is no banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Legal basis and supervision
We process personal data in line with the GDPR and the Slovenian ZVOP-2. The supervisory authority in Slovenia is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, where you can lodge a complaint.
